Sit somewhere that's quiet, in a chair, on the floor or standing. Check that your spine is as straight as possible, yet not rigid. Tune into your breath, breath in count of 7 and out a count of 9, when you mind wonders, come back to the breath, practice for 3 minutes.. more tomorrow.
